Reimagining the traditional hard-coded rules-based approach, UnionBank of the Philippines and its fintech arm UBX worked alongside ADI to leverage alternative data in its enhanced AI-powered credit scoring model. This led to more comprehensive profiles of loan applications which ultimately provided loans to a broader range of individuals and small businesses.
